Sales Agreement

Wiggle Rump Ranch, hereby states that the below described puppy will arrive to you in good physical and mental health. All puppies receive a vet exam at 8 weeks of age and are issued a health certificate for their flight if being transported by air. If for some reason you are concerned with the health of the puppy, you may wish to take the puppy (at your expense) to a vet of your choice to ease your concerns. If a refund is requested for the said puppy, due to a vet verified health condition, it must be done within 3 working days of receipt of the puppy. In addition, we guarantee the described puppy against any inheritable/genetic defects that would take the puppy's life for a period of 24 months. Should a licensed veterinarian determine that such genetic defects are present during this time frame, Wiggle Rump Ranch will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or a refund of purchase price once we have had a veterinarian of our choice evaluate the puppy/dog in question.

*Shipping will be paid by the Buyer to the Airlines upon pick-up, Photo ID will be required. A Shipping Prep Fee will be added if you need your pup shipped at a time other than the 2 dates we will give you to choose from.

*Deposits are non-refundable unless a health concern arises with the puppy, or other arrangements between buyer and seller have been made.

In purchasing a puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing to spay/neuter the puppy at 6 months of age, or when your family vet recommends the surgery. Once you provide proof that your puppy has been altered, Wiggle Rump Ranch agrees to provide necessary information for you to have your puppy registered with the ASDR should you wish to do so.

Under No Circumstances should a Wiggle Rump Puppy/Dog end up in a pet shop, research lab, shelter, or similar facility.

In purchasing a puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing to keep the puppy/dog at home living with you. If at any time in the dog's life you are unable to keep and/or care for the dog, you agree to contact us for assistance in placing the puppy/dog in a new home OR give us the contact information of the new home you are planning to place him/her in.

Our Main Concern is for the Well Being of The Said Puppy.

In purchasing a puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing to maintain the puppy in good mental and physical condition. This can be accomplished by adhering to your family veterinarians suggested immunization and heartworm preventative schedules, providing a good diet with fresh water, and a clean-safe-loving environment.
